Made with Gohyakumangoku rice grown under contract in Shakai-cho and Yachimachi City, this junmai sake is brewed using only rice and rice malt with groundwater as the brewing water. It is a pure rice sake with a mellow mouthfeel and a rich, robust flavor that makes the most of the rice's natural flavor components.
