My Journey with Sake Exports

Here's a draft for your blog article in English:
My Journey with Sake Exports
In 2016, I started a specialized export company dedicated to Japanese alcoholic beverages. Over the years, we've successfully exported a variety of sake and other traditional drinks to international markets. However, our work didn't stop at simple exports. We also curated products and developed private brands tailored to the needs of overseas customers, selecting yeast strains and creating products that align with their preferences.
Our company has always prioritized understanding and meeting the demands of our international clientele. Through this approach, I've accumulated invaluable experiences over the past decade. For example, when a buyer expressed interest in importing sake from a particular brewery, I personally negotiated with the brewery. When someone wanted to obtain a sake appraisal certification, I coordinated with the National Research Institute of Brewing on their behalf. (In fact, I even participated in the sake sensory evaluation training myself!)
I also supported and accompanied buyers on nationwide journeys to explore Japan's rich sake and shochu culture, which even led me to register as a travel agent. These ten years may have been a time of focusing on the needs of my customers rather than my own, but they allowed me to grow immensely.
Starting from zero knowledge about sake, I've come to appreciate and be deeply involved in this world, thanks to the guidance of international buyers and the incredible sake brewers who dedicate their lives to their craft.
Moving forward, I want to continue this journey of entrusting my path to sake while working alongside the passionate brewers who pour their hearts into each bottle.
