路傍のあちこちで、風雅な花を咲かせる露草を見つけました。
俳句の世界では、月光を浴びて咲くことから「月草」ともいわれる野の花です。お気に入りの小さな一輪挿しに飾って、夕暮れの窓辺におきました。

露草の爽やかな青色に似合うのは、すっきりとした味わいのアルトタイプ。上面発酵酵母の落ち着いた上品な香り、色は美しい赤褐色、苦味を抑えた端正な味は、正統派の名にふさわしいビールです。

豆腐料理や野菜主体の和食、ホワイトソースを使った料理など。モッツァレラ、カッテージなど淡白なチーズのお供に。

Our “Moon” Altbier got its name from the small blue flowers you can see walking around the small streets in Kamakura. These flowers are especially beautiful while bathed in moonlight and in Japanese Haiku poems these “moon flowers” are said to bloom under moonlight.
Deep amber with a bright white head. This beer has a light and refreshing mouthfeel, elegant caramel aromas and sweetness and a controlled yet distinctive hop profile, this Altbier is delicate in its composition and precise in its soft bitter finish.
Suggested food pairings: Japanese cuisine, vegetarian dishes, light-bodied cheeses.
