源氏山の麓の小さなお寺の境内で、りんどうが紫色の花をつけたとき、秋の訪れを感じました。晩秋まで咲く花の生命力を尊ぶかのように、源氏の紋は笹をあしらった「笹りんどう」。英雄頼朝にちなみ、鎌倉の市花もりんどうです。
モルトの甘味と香ばしさ、黒ビールを思わせる深い褐色、芳醇な味わいの「花」は、華やかさと強さを併せ持った個性的なビールです。香りと風味のバランスを楽しめるマイルドな口当たりで、ビールの魅力を再発見することでしょう。

肉料理、醤油風味・バター風味の料理など。ブルーチーズやチョコレートケーキ、プリンなどデザートともぜひ。

The purple flower, gentian, which blooms in the temple at the foot of the mountain in Kamakura, has a very deep beauty and vitality. t is also the city flower of Kamakura.
Dark brown color with a solid off-white head. Using full-bodied toasted caramel and dark malt, this brown ale is a floral hop with a sweet aroma and a deep sweet taste.
Suggested food pairings: Meat dishes lightly with butter and soy sauce . Fantastic with blue cheese, or try pairing with chocolate ,cakes ,desserts.
